Are you a small business?

Yes, we are a small business. Although we have a very small team, our fast processing time, high quality products and excellent customer service will provide you with an amazing experience. Your support to a small business is very appreciated.

When will I receive my order?

We have a 1-5 business day processing time to ship all of our orders. At checkout, you can choose to pay for expedited shipping, but this doesn't include expedited processing time. We ship most of our packages with USPS First Class Mail, which takes 2-4 business days. 

Processing Time: 1-5 business days, Regular Shipping Time: 2-4 business days


What is the status of my order?

Once you purchase, you will receive a confirmation email or text. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a email or text, where you can track your order's shipping progress and status. If you have any questions, you can always use the Contact Us page!

Can I change my order?

Yes, if your order hasn't been shipped, you can contact us to change your order. But, if your order has shipped, we can't change your order. To change your order please use the Contact us page.

Yes, we offer expedited shipping and expedited processing time. 


Do you have physical stores?

Sadly, we do not have any physical store locations.

International Shipping Fees?

Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Babe.Z.com

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS or DHL to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. All product prices/shipping costs are before any import duties or VAT which can be levied by
local Customs.
